Rapidly Renewable
One of the fastest-growing plants on earth, bamboo regenerates naturally — no replanting, no clear-cutting.
Simple tools,
thoughtfully made.
Our 6-piece bamboo cooking utensil set is designed for the way you really cook — warm in the hand, gentle on nonstick cookware, and beautiful enough to leave out on the counter in its matching holder.
The tools you reach for every day should be as considered as the meals you make with them.
Woodento began with a simple belief: everyday objects deserve better materials and more care. So we set out to make kitchen essentials from one of nature's most remarkable resources — and to make them beautifully.
Why Bamboo
Bamboo is a grass, not a tree — and that makes all the difference. It regrows from its own roots after harvest, needs no replanting, and turns into a dense, durable material that rivals hardwood — the ideal choice for wooden kitchen utensils.
One of the fastest-growing plants on earth, bamboo regenerates naturally — no replanting, no clear-cutting.
Smooth bamboo won't scratch nonstick, enamel or cast iron — so your best pans stay at their best.
Dense, naturally hard fibres resist warping and cracking, and won't melt or leach like plastic.
100% natural bamboo and BPA-free — nothing synthetic between your food and the spoon that stirs it.
The Collection
We're beginning with the tools you use most — a complete bamboo kitchen utensil set — and growing into a full range of bamboo goods for every room.

Every Woodento bamboo utensil is shaped from solid bamboo, then sanded and finished by hand until it feels just right — balanced, smooth and warm to hold. No shortcuts, no plastic, nothing you wouldn't want near your food.
Mature bamboo is chosen for its density, grain and strength.
Each utensil is cut from solid bamboo and contoured for a comfortable, balanced grip.
Sanded through progressively finer grits for a silky, splinter-free finish.
Sealed with food-grade oil to bring out the grain and protect it for years of use.
The Care Ritual
Rinse with warm water and a little mild soap. Never soak, and skip the dishwasher.
Dry immediately and let it air out upright so moisture never settles in.
Every few weeks, rub in a little food-grade mineral oil to keep the grain rich and protected.
